Policies

All reservations are charged a fifty percent (50%) deposit upon booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file fourteen (14) days before guest arrival.

 

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. In the event that a guest must cancel their reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

30+ days prior to arrival -- 100% refund of amount paid

14-29 days from arrival -- 50% refund of amount paid

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than a fourteen-day notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

 

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. These will be prepaid, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

 

Check-In: 4:00PM-8:00PM  Check-Out: 11:00AM

We kindly request that any other arrival or departure times, please call to make arrangements.

The South Lamar does not have a curfew. Guests may come and go at their leisure, day and night. 

Any damage incurred by guests will be charged upon departure.

We do not allow pets.

 

When a guest reserves the entire house for their stay (all five suites), please discuss any planned meals/outside vendor catering, happy hours, receptions, etc that you plan on having within the house with owners at least two weeks prior to arrival.

 

Thank you for your understanding, as we are located in a Historical Residential District and have a guest capacity limit we must adhere to. We also have preparations to make in order for your stay to be the absolute best in Oxford!

The privacy and security of your information is very important to us. Whether you are booking a room or just a prospective client browsing our website and looking at our property/services, we want you to trust that the information that you have provided to us is being properly managed and protected.
